Excell Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of J-W Operating Company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Custom Bodies, Inc. for an undisclosed amount of cash at closing. The effective date of the asset-type transaction was December 1, 2005. Custom Bodies, Inc. will now be legally known as Custom Excell Bodies, Inc. but will be doing business as Custom Bodies.
Custom Bodies is a premier manufacturer of high-quality wireline trucks. In addition, Custom Bodies manufactures frac vans, computer vans, coiled tubing houses, offshore skids and other customized housings from its 10,000 sq. ft. shop in Sherman, TX. Custom Bodies already has a very strong and loyal customer base. The central location in Sherman is critical to serving the wireline needs of the entire country. The entire Custom Bodies staff has been retained along with the addition of a new General Manager so that customers can expect the same quality of service and work.

Excell Services, Inc. has been providing drilling and well services since 1977. Excell already has a fleet of wireline trucks that operate in Utah, Colorado, Texas, and Louisiana and specialize in cement bond-logging, perforating, back off and free point services, bridge plug and packer services and high pressure grease injection.
