Heritage Wireline Truc

Excell Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of J-W Operating Company has closed the acquisition of Heritage Wireline Services, Inc. for an undisclosed amount of cash at closing.  The effective date of the stock transaction was March 1, 2006.

"The addition of Heritage Wireline will add to the already strong and growing presence in East Texas by Excell Services, Inc. and J-W Operating Company.  It will add value through the synergy with our other East Texas and North Louisiana operations and is a great addition to our wireline operations with its expertise and is a stepping stone for growth in the area.  We will soon be adding new trucks and new services to Heritage's already strong service line" stated Andy Weaver, President of Excell Services, Inc.

Heritage Wireline Services, Inc. is a premier cased-hole wireline operator that specializes in perforating, bond logging, free point and back off services.  Heritage is located south of Tyler, TX and has an excellent reputation in the area that is second to none.  All of Heritage Wireline's personnel have been retained so the same quality service that customers have come to know will continue.

Excell Services, Inc. has been providing drilling and well services since 1977.  Excell has a fleet of wireline trucks that currently operate in Colorado, Utah, Louisiana and Texas specializing in cement bond logging, perorating, back off and free point services, bridge plug and packer services and high pressure grease injection.
