Mosley Wireline Service Truck

Excell Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of J-W Operating Company has closed the acquisition of Mosley Wireline Service, LLC. for an undisclosed amount of cash at closing.  The effective date of the asset transaction will be April 19, 2005.

Mosley Wireline Service is a premier cased-hole wireline operator specializing in perforating, bond logging and free point and back off services.  With offices in Haughton, LA and Marshall, TX they are capable of covering all of North Louisiana and East Texas.  All of Mosley Wireline Service's personnel have been retained so the same quality service customers have come to expect from Mosley Wireline Service will continue.  The Mosley name will continue for the time being.

Excell Services, Inc. has been providing drilling and well services business in the Eastern Rockies since 1977.  Excell has a fleet of wireline trucks that operates in the Denver-Julesburg Basin of Northeast Colorado specializing in cement bond logging, perforating, back off and free point services, bridge plugs and packer services and high pressure grease injection.

J-W Operating Company has been in the energy business since 1960 and specializes in gas compression, gas measurement, drilling, workover, wireline, pipeline and gathering systems, and exploration and production.
