Troy Tuminello started with Moore Production and Measurement in September 1991 which was the cornerstone acquisition that eventually formed J-W Measurement Company. Mr. Tuminello has worked as the Operations Manager for the division since 1999.

Mr. Tuminello served with the Louisiana Army National Guard including a tour of duty in the Persian Gulf as a Medical Specialist. During his six years of military service he earned many distinguished military honors. He earned his Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 1994.
