J-W Operating Company is pleased to announce several changes to the management structure. C.D. McDaniels has been promoted to Vice Chairman. Gene Gradick was promoted to President and Paul Westerman was promoted to Chief Operating Officer effective January 6, 2005. These changes recognize the outstanding leadership in these individuals and will prepare J-W Operating Company for an exciting future of opportunities and growth.
