J-W Operating Company has completed the consolidation of the Rockies area operations into one location at 7074 South Revere Parkway, Centennial, CO.

This newly remodeled building will be occupied by the management, sales, and administration groups of Cohort Energy Company, Excell Services, Inc., J-W Measurement Company and J-W Power Company with available space for J-W Gathering Company.

"This will be the first time all entities have been united in the Denver area, and we look forward to the value this strategic hub will provide through shared unity and synergy between business units." stated Andrew Weaver, President of Excell Services, Inc.

The building was purchased in November 2004 and has gone through some extensive renovations to fit the J-W standards for a contemporary, high-quality, productive operations hub.  There is over 14,800 square feet of office space available of which only 8,100 square feet has been renovated at this time.  The remaining space will be renovated as we grow.  The 3,700 square foot warehouse will accomodate inventory for Measurement and Power and house a lab technician for J-W Measurement Company.   

Centennial, CO is a southern suburb of the Denver metropolitan area and it's airport is a favorite for private business travel in the Denver area.  Field offices remain throughout the Rocky Mountain region in Wray, Sterling and Fort Morgan, CO; Casper, Gillette and Rock Springs, WY; Williston, ND; Price, UT; and Carlsbad, Hobbs and Farmington, NM; and Ozona and Midland, TX.

An Open House is scheduled for Friday June 24, 2005.  All customers, suppliers and employees are invited to attend.
