J-W Wireline Company is pleased to announce that Matt Evans has accepted the promotion from Operations Manager to Fleet Manager.  Mr. Evans will be responsible for asset standardization, design specification, procurement and tracking of all rolling stock, tools and pressure control equipment.  In addition, he will be the main liaison between operations and the truck manufacturing management team.

"J-W Wireline Company has reached a large enough core mass that we can sustain this type of support position to the ongoing operations.  Matt is not only one of the best in our company in equipment knowledge, he is simply the best in the industry.  We are very excited to be able to offer him this opportunity and I have complete confidence that this will translate into better service for our client base" stated John Welge, J-W Wireline Company Operations Manager.

Mr. Evans has over 25 years of experience in the wireline business.  He worked for Trainer Surveys from 1980 until 1997 when it was acquired by Computalog.  He moved to work for Mosley Wireline Services in 2000 which was acquired by J-W Wireline Company in 2005.  Mr. Evans will continue to be headquartered out of the Ark-La-Tex region and will report directly to John Welge, Operations Manager.

Pat Burr has accepted the position of Regional Manager of the Appalachian Region.  The Appalachian Region was formed from the Meeks Wireline Services acquisition that took place in July of this year.  Mr. Burr has over 32 years of experience in the wireline industry.

Mr. Burr started his career in the wireline business in 1976 working for Basin Surveys Incorporated which was later purchased by NL Industries, Inc.  After working for N.L. McCullough for many years, Mr. Burr started his own successful wireline operation which he later sold in 1989.  He then became an independent equipment supply broker specializing in wireline components in which he continued to operate until recently.

"I have worked with Pat in the past under sometimes stressful situations and have always been impressed with his experience and professionalism.  I don't think we could have found a better candidate to complete the task of establishing J-W Wireline Company as a major service provider in the Appalachian Basin" commented John A. Daniels J-W Operating Company Business Development Manager.

Thomas "Tommy" Mosley has accepted the position of Regional Manager of the Ark-La-Tex Region that was vacated when Matt Evans moved to Fleet Manager.  Mr. Mosley has over 40 years of industry experience and is considered an icon in the Shreveport area.  He has been with J-W Wireline Company for three years in various management roles and has been a visionary leader in its success.  Dale Christian has been promoted to Area Manager over the districts of Haughton, LA and Marshall, TX reporting to Tommy Mosley.

In addition to the changes above, J-W Wireline Company has promoted Dewayne Bohnstedt to District Manager over the McAlester, OK area.  Paul Wesley Myrick has been promoted to District Manager over the Tyler, TX area.  Mike Cribbs has been hired as District Manager of the new Pennsylvania area.  Jeff Hyre has been hired as District Manager for the Weston, WV area.  David Robb has been hired as District Manager over the Hobbs, NM area and Ricky Mosley has accepted the position of District Manager of the Marshall, TX area.

"I believe that once again we have attracted some of the best talent in the industry to our company.  All of these men have what you want in a manager:  service-minded, operationally strong, safety-conscious, and sales oriented.  I could not be more pleased with the experience and dedication we have discovered in some of these individuals and I strongly believe that all of them will be major contributors to our ongoing success" stated Andy Weaver, President J-W Wireline Company.
